Description
This is a powerful session designed to provide staff with a simple framework, and highly practical tools to help build understanding, respectful and supportive relationships.
We'll explore 4 different key behaviour types; the value each of them bring to a team and how each of them inter-relate. During this session we'll cover:
How Behaviour Works and it's Drivers
The 4 different types of personal behaviour
What personal 'motivators' drive each behaviour type
How to quickly determine which behaviour type people are operating in
How to communicate effectively with each type to build strong, trusting relationships
Approach
This program finds the balance between providing participants with a theoretical understanding; along with using various 'action-based' activities and learning techniques to help transfer knowledge into behaviour change.

By the End of the Program
Participants will have a better appreciation, understanding and respect for each other’s behaviour.
They will have easy to use tools to help build and foster their working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
