Overview

Building Stronger Teamwork is an interactive and highly practical program designed to provide leaders and their teams, with a range of simple and effective tools, and methods for creating strong teams, improving teamwork, and improving performance.

During this session we'll cover:

• Identifying your Team Purpose and Aim
• Defining your Why? and What?
• Keeping your Team Purpose and Objectives front and centre
• Valuing and using Individual Strengths for good
• Which behaviours Help or Hinder your team?
• Eliminating your roadblocks to effective Teamwork
• Boosting collaboration and team dynamics

A major component of this program is also using a series of fun team building activities to implement the concepts discussed and assist with continuous improvement.

Approach

This program finds the balance between providing participants with a theoretical understanding; along with using various 'action-based' activities and learning techniques to help transfer knowledge into behaviour change.

By the End of the Program

• Both Leaders and Team Members will have laid the foundations for strong teamwork
• They'll also have a series of tools which can be used to continue to strengthen their collaboration
