Overview

DiSC Behavioural Profiling is one of the most popular and effective profiling tools available.

Using the Everything DiSC Workplace Profiling Tool, participants will be able to gain valuable insight into:

  • What motivates and drives themselves and one another
  • Potential fears, obstacles and limitations of each staff member
  • Most effective way to communicate with each other
  • The unique value each person brings to the team

How It Works? 

Step 1 - Each staff member will be required to complete a simple online profiling assessment.

Step 2 - From this assessment, we'll produce an extensive report on each staff member, which outlines their:

  • Preferred behavioural style
  • Work priorities
  • Motivators and Stressors
  • Interaction style with other behavioural preferences
  • How to build strong connections
  • 3 Key Strategies for taking action and building more effective connections
